The members of the Worland Body of Christ came together and prayerfully considered what our mission in our community should be. We agreed that fostering the constant pursuit of God and His will should be paramount. In support of this mission we strive not to allow man made rules interfere with praising God for all of his glory and interfering with making desciples!

The Worland Body of Christ exists to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to accomplish this by equipping disciples of Jesus Christ for works of service and ministry.
We, as a group of followers of Jesus, want to be growing in unity, trust and belief in the power of Jesus, individually and as a church family. We are made up of people of all ages (young children through senior adults), and people of all backgrounds (longtime believers, new Christians, and people wanting to learn more about God). Following the example of Jesus by the leading of God's Spirit, it is our intention to make everyone feel welcome in our company. We want everyone to know the joy of being a disciple of Jesus Christ and having a loving relationship with him.
The future lies in equipping disciples of Jesus Christ for works of service in the kingdom of God. Due to our central location in Washakie County, we are blessed to serve alongside followers of Jesus from other communities in the basin. Our future involves having these followers reach out to their neighbors to meet their needs with the purpose to grow disciples and churches throughout our region and beyond.
